I write a thesis in corporation law and I believe that this is really a very great book and necessary for a scholar (cited in the important sources).

Needs Updating

Explains the doctrine and policies behind corporate law very well. The big problem is that no one has updated it to include the Revlon line of cases. For everything else, I thought it was solid and helped give good reasons to decide close cases.
